As someone who has been doing a ton of exterior cleaning for a good amount of time now, I have learned a few things about what houses need to stay clean, what leaves customers feeling the most satisfied, and what services I personally think have the most impact. Of course I would genuinely recommend all of our services. But this is my personal opinion on what I think, and have picked up from customers on the most important services if you're balling on a budget.

Now we have a whole pool of services and all of them are great, but I understand that most people will probably select certain services instead of having a potentially massive and pretty expensive project. Out of the services we provide, here are my personal top priorities.

If you don't know we provide pressure washing of all surfaces(Patios, decks, concrete, siding, stone), window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. So we'll assume you have all of these.

The number one first priority should be gutter cleaning, If the gutters are not cleaned, the water will spill all over the house and could potentially ruin all of the other services we provide if not attended to for an extended period.

Next is house washing. In terms of curb appeal there is no rival to having a clean house. Soffits, and outsides of gutters included, any black, brown, or green stuff on siding really kills curb appeal. And if you have this, it needs to be done before the windows as a house wash will ruin your pristine windows if they have been cleaned recently.

Then after that is the driveway. This one is super underrated and lots of people just let that thing turn green. Me personally when I started pressure washing I thought it was dumb to get your driveway cleaned just because its a driveway and it wasn't something I thought needed upkeep. But in terms of curb appeal this makes a huge impact. Especially when the mold gets out of hand. We include the front walkways in this service and having all your front concrete clean really makes the house look nice.

So these are the priorities in terms of maximum curb appeal value, obviously certain homes have something that demands attention that could out-prioritize these. But to conclude I think the most valuable service combo we do that not only has crazy curb appeal, but also adds some value for the interior of the home for you personally, or for guests is this. House washing and exterior window cleaning. Maybe interior window cleaning as well if needed. But I love this service combo as it really covers the whole exterior of everything on the actual house which customers have really been pleased who have gone with this option.

So if you're balling on a budget like I said and want maximum value with your money, these are what you should go with coming from a WinBro. For curb appeal first gutter cleaning, then house washing, lastly driveway. For maximum curb appeal/value always would recommend the house wash/exterior window cleaning combo.

Maybe keep this in mind for your next booking, but of course if every surface and window could use some attention, get all of the services done! I would genuinely recommend it I feel the most satisfied after a job when I know the homeowner doesn't have to worry about ANYTHING on the exterior cleaning of the house.
